Booking Policy:
Appointments are at risk of cancellation if 15mins late. Notify me when running late for determination. If determination results in appointment being cancelled. Then same day cancellation policy applies. No walk in or same day appointments are accepted. Appointments booked online will be confirmed with an email or subscribe to text message reminders. Some appointments cannot be booked alone, like eyebrow waxing must be added to a facial. As well as all Add-on section of menu.
COVID Policy:
You may return to getting Spa services with a confirmed negative test. If you feel any flu like symptoms or loss of taste and smell. Please stay home. Notify me at your earliest, and rebook with a negative covid test.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients must give a 72-hour notice if they need to reschedule treatment booked. Clients that cancel after a 72-hour period, same day cancel, or no show will result in owing full ticket price of treatment. Repeat offenders with more than 3 cancelations, client will be required to pay treatment in full prior to booking and will forfeit the cost of treatment if cancellation policy is not kept.
Purchase Policy:
Strict No refund Policy is enforced on all Facials, Peels, Waxing, Skincare Products, or Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates & Packages cannot be redeemed as cash.
Package Policy:
Skincare Series Packages are sold throughout the year March, July, Nov. All Series packages will have expiration dates, and facials must be used by expiry date. Series of Facials are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be combined with any other offer. The entire series can be purchased as a gift and gifted to friend or family member.
Skin Renewal Peel Policy:
Peel Must be paid in full prior to booking appointment. Consultation of $50 required for new/first time client. Consultation Fee will be applied to peel if purchased. If Peel is not purchased, then you forfeit $50 consult fee. If paying in installments, payment must be made in full 30 days prior to desired appt date. Skin Renewal Peel non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be combined with any other offer. When purchasing 2 Skin Renewal Peel Treatment, you may NOT redeem Peels for any other service. It must be used on a 2nd Skin Renewal Peel as purchased, which is performed 6 weeks, after first peel is completed. No exceptions, it will hinder desired results and expectations.
